Items are Made to Order
All items are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect order details provided by the customer.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@checkmatesdesigns.com before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Many orders are processed automatically for production shortly after being placed. We are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@checkmatesdesigns.com and we will advise whether your order can still be amended or cancelled.
